Update to WP 2.3 – Simple Tags plugin

A nightmare for my tags. At the end of the day, Simple Tags plugin works perfect for me as an add on to the WP 2.3 tag function and to get close to UTW options. Author’s page for the plugin can be foud here.

I still have to fix the way tags display in the meta section. Trial and error (that’s all I can do with CSS and php) got me where I am now. I’m getting close but stuck for the moment …….

[edit] Turns out that it works to have a fresh look after a while. It seems (looks) OK now. However, I have also triggered quite some XHTML errors:

[edit 2] I’m very lucky and grateful that Darran updated the widgetized (by Diego Cicone) version of “dark theme” (Wolfgang Bartelme & LEMONed) to support wp 2.3 native tagging.

I’m glad that I managed to get the brilliant Slickr plugin to also function properly with WordPress 2.2. Replace some code in slickr.php as instructed here.
